We are home!

I know you are going to kill me for posting this with no pictures, but I just wanted to give a quick update and I don't have time for pictures right now ... I have three kids now, ya know! LOL.

Our flight was great and Addison did great ... all except for when they talked on the loud speaker on the airplane ... that scared her every time. Makes sense to me! She was so cute in the airport in Amsterdam ... just sitting in her stroller looking at all the people as we rushed through the airport. There were many times today that we wished we knew what she was thinking!

We were so lucky to be met by several friends and family (my mom, Kristie and Casey, The Karls family, The Ridings family, Tammy and Sherry) at the airport. Our kids also had on tshirts that said "big brother" and "big sister" in Russian on the front and in English on the back ... so cute! I hope they have some good pictures because I have NONE! The kids were so excited to see Addison ... they love her to pieces! Whoever was holding Addison at any particular moment in time had to also be holding Payton ... she wanted to be right by her the whole time. Mason told me that he loves Addison and he pushed her in the stroller when we left the airport.

Addison did very well in her car seat ... I was sort of nervous given her response to the car seat in St. Petersburg. Well she did just fine in our car ... she didn't cry at all. Payton cried, however, because she couldn't reach Addison while they were in their seats. LOL.

When we got home, the kids played with each other as if Addison has been here all along. They chased balloons around the house and Addison crawled all over ... I think she isn't quite sure what to do with all this space to roam free. I was also very nervous to see how she would react to Zoe (our dog). Ha ... she LOVES her and is totally intrigued by her. Addison has been chasing her all around the house ... under chairs, everywhere. It is so cute!

So that is my quick recap of how things are going so far ... much better than I could have ever dreamed! Pictures coming soon ... I promise!
