We've been so blessed ...

It's been awhile since I said this, so I'll say it again ... thank you so much to everyone who has helped us through this journey. Monetary donations, humanitarian donations, love and support ... we've gotten it all. We are truly humbled by each and every one of you!

On our first trip, we took a huge duffel bag filled with humanitarian aide for Addison's baby home ... and we are bringing more this time around. We would like to thank Jennifer for sending us all these goodies ... the tooth brushes, underwear, socks and toys ... I know the baby home will be so thankful for these necessities. Thanks again Jennifer!

{Donations from Jennifer}

We would like to thank Pediped Footwear ... they sent us 96 pair of shoes for the baby home. Yes ... you read that right ... 96 pair! Let me do the math for you ...

96 pair x $31 per pair = $2,976 retail value

{Donations from Pediped Footwear}

We would like to acknowledge a very generous monetary donation that we received from Ribbies Clippies. The girls that own Ribbies Clippies are awesome and their hearts are truly made of gold. Thank you so much girls ... your generosity has overwhelmed us!

We want to thank Heidi, who just notified us that she is going to donate some Marriott points to us, which will help us in our attempt to have enough points to cover our stay in Moscow. Thank you so much Heidi ... we are so blessed to "know" you!

We want to acknowledge another person {that we do not personally know} from whom we received a very generous monetary donation through Reece's Rainbow. I do not know if this person reads our blog, but if they do, I hope they know who they are. We've been told throughout our adoption process that people like us will be blessed in life ... I think that definitely holds true for this person. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We want to acknowledge the Shatzer Family for their generous donation, especially when they themselves are in the process of adoption. The Shatzers are adopting a very special little boy that happens to be in Addison's family unit. We will be traveling at the same time to get our children and we could not be more excited! Thank you Shatzers!

We want to thank Kyle's parents for purchasing our plane tickets for our first trip. They were supposed to travel with us, but when they learned just how expensive it was going to be for us, they put us first and decided to just buy our plane tickets. While we were sad to leave you behind, we were so thankful for the plane tickets. We can't wait for you to meet Addison!

Finally, we would like to acknowledge my sister and brother-in-law, Kristie and Casey, for staying at our house with the kids while we are gone and taking care of them. Without you, this would not be possible. Thank you so much!
